What can a player expect from the position specific 1 on 1 session
The following would be on the basis for a program over 4 weeks:
- Focus on improving techniques specific to the individuals position
- Thorough analysis of current techniques
- Error correction where required to improve existing techniques
- Constructive and positive feedback
- An analysis report evaluating the individuals strengths and areas to improve from both the training sessions and the game (if applicable)
